Melinda helped me buy a house in an impossible market for buyers and then helped me sell my mother's house for her estate. She is patient, has an excellent feel for the market (there were no comps for the house we sold and we got more than I had dared to hope for!) and guided me through the whole process. She answers questions promptly and when she didn't know the answer to a question did her research and followed through. She's knowledgeable and professional. And always cheerful! Who could ask for more?

Melinda was our agent in buying the house she recently helped us to sell. She was patient as we looked at many other houses until we chose the one we bought in 2018. When we planned to move to an assisted living close to our son, she was our first choice. She accepted our request to help sell our home about five years later in 2023. We worked together to communicate via phone/computer for all details. Melinda waited patiently while my stepson cleaned and removed most of the things that we left in the house when we moved to Fredericksburg, VA. After he finished his work, Melinda hired professional cleaners to clean the house. She did an excellent job in presenting the house to all potential buyers. Melinda kept me informed by email. Very Knowledgeable

After contacting Melinda, she came to the house to look everything over, took notes about the entire house before sitting down to talk about comps in the area. Melinda does her homework and is very knowledgeable about the business. Everything from setting the pictures up to the contract being written by the prospective buyer and the counter offer to closing was very proficient and had no difficulties! Would recommend Melinda to anyone and plan on using Melinda again!
